Important Dates
Regular recruitment will soon be done for 11925 vacancies in Bihar’s government hospitals. The posts on which appointments will be made include 2473 pharmacists, 1232 X-ray technicians, 242 ECG technicians, 2969 laboratory technicians, 1683 Operation theatre assistants, and 3326 dressers.
The online application started on 04th March 2025 on the Official website of the BTSC. The last date for the application as per the notification of BTSC – 2025 is 01st April 2025.
Eligibility / Qualification / Experience
Pharmacist
Candidates must have passed in Intermediate (Science) and also passing all parts (I, II, III) of the Diploma in Pharmacy from any recognized university/ institute.
The candidates must be registered with the Bihar Pharmacy Council.
ECG Technician
Applicant must have Passed intermediate/10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and
Also it will be essential have to passed ECG Technician Diploma course/ Bachelor of ECG Technician Course from any institute recognized by Union of Bihar or any other state Government.
X-Ray Technician
Applicant must have Passed intermediate/10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and
Also, it will be essential to have passed the X-Ray Technician Diploma course/ Bachelor of Radio Imaging Technician Course from any institute recognized by the Union of Bihar or any other state Government.
Lab Technician
Applicant must have Passed intermediate/10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and
Also, it will be essential to pass the diploma course in Laboratory Technology/ Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technician Course from any institute recognized by the Union of Bihar or any other state Government.
OT Assistant
Applicant must have Passed intermediate/10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and
Also, it will be essential to have passed the Operation Theatre Assistant Diploma course/ Bachelor of Operation Theatre Assistant Technology Course and the related Certificate from any institute recognized by the Union of Bihar or any other state Government.
Dresser
Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) from any Board.
IT will be essential to have passed CMD (Certificate in Medical Dresser) and obtained the related certificate from an Institute recognized by the Union or Bihar State or any other State Government.

BTSC Recruitment 2025: How to Apply
01st Step: Visit the Official website of the Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC). Using the link: https://btsc.bihar.gov.in/
02nd Step: Click on the ‘Recruitment’ Tab available at the left of the page. It will lead to a new website.
03rd Step: Then Click on the link “APPLY“. It will take you to a new page.
04th Step: If you have not registered before click on Sign Up, If you have registered yourself before then click on Login.
05th Step: After filling the form properly click on the “Submit” button. Login ID and Password will be generated and will be sent to the registered e-mail ID and mobile number. leased note down the Login ID and password for future reference.
06th Step: Next, make the payment using the available options. Check the application fee.
07th Step: Please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/ entered before final Submit as after submitting the form in the step, the candidates will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
08th Step: After submitting the form successfully the user is advised to download and print the online Application form for future reference using the print form Option.
