🎯 The number of vacancies of Direct Recruitment of the Union Public Service Commission 2024 are PROVISIONAL and may increase or decrease.
🎯 There shall be 35% horizontal reservation for women.
🎯 The aforesaid horizontal reservations will be provided in a compartmentalized manner. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ PwD category candidates will be applicable for the candidates belonging to State of Bihar only.
🎯 To avail benefit of reservation, SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ PwD category candidates must submit Caste/Relevant Certificate in the proforma prescribed by the Govt. of Bihar and issued by the competent authority along with a Domicile Certificate of the State of Bihar.
🎯 The SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD category candidates belonging to States other than State of Bihar will be treated under Unreserved category.
Eligibility/ Qualification/ Experience
🎯 Candidate must have been a citizen of India.
🎯Candidate must have passed the teacher eligibility test (TET) conducted by the Central/ Bihar Government.
🎯Candidate must have bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks. 5% relaxation will be given in the minimum marks for SC/ST/BC/EBC and Disabled.
🎯 (For Higher Secondary Teacher) Candidate must have post graduate degree in a specified subject from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks. 5% relaxation will be given in the minimum marks for SC/ST/BC/EBC and Disabled.

How to Fill / Apply Form
The submission of application for the recruitment on the vacancy of 62 secondary/ secondary higher teacher in Education Department of Bihar under the Bihar Public Service Commission – 2024 has started on 25th April 2024 on the official website of Bihar Public Service Commission. The last date of the submission of application form for the post of teacher as per notification under B.P.S.C. is 16th May 2024.

Step 02: Click on the ‘Apply online’ menu available at the left side of the page. then click on the link ‘B.P.S.C. Online Application’ It will lead to a new website.
Step 03: If you have not registered before, click on “Online Registration”, if you have registered yourself before then click on “Login”.
Step 04: After filling the form properly click on “Submit” button. Login ID and Password will be generated and will be send to the registered e-mail id and mobile number. Please note down the Login ID and Password for future references.
Step 05: To upload photo & sign, candidates must login using their Login ID and Password. Check the size of photo & sign.
Step 06: Next, make the payment using available options. Check the application fee.
Step 07: Please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/entered before final submit as after submitting the from in this step, candidate will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
Step 08: After submitting the application in Step 07, candidates are required to take print out of the application form. Click on “Application printout/reprint”. Check the last date to print the application.
Note: All certificates related to minimum qualification, teacher eligibility test, teacher training qualification and educational experience should be issued by the date of filling online application 16.05.2024. Otherwise, the candidate will be REJECTED.
