Also show on the screen. Then click on the CLICK HERE TO LOGIN which is show on the screen. After completely login Then choose the Unit Preference then click Contiue Button. Then upload photo,sign, Left Thumb Impression and Required Document.Then payment tab is open so proceed for payment and click on the submitted Button.Lastly preview the application form and submitted it . Download and print out the Application form for future reference.
