BPSC LDC 2025: Important Dates
Eligible Indian Candidates can apply online for the recruitment of 26 vacancies for the Posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) in the office of Bihar Public Service Commission, Government of Bihar, under the Bihar Public Service Commission(BPSC) 2025. The online application started on 08th July 2025, on the official website of the Bihar Public Service Commission. The last date for the application as per the notification of BPSC—2025 is July 30th, 2025.

🎯35% horizontal reservation for women from the total number of Vacancies.
🎯 The number of vacancies in the Recruitment of the Bihar Public Service Commission 2025 is PROVISIONAL and may increase or decrease.
🎯 The aforesaid horizontal reservations will be provided in a compartmentalized manner. Reservations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ PwD category candidates will be applicable only to the candidates belonging to the State of Bihar.
🎯 To avail the benefit of reservation, SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ PwD category candidates must submit a Caste/Relevant Certificate in the proforma prescribed by the Government of Bihar and issued by the competent authority along with a Domicile Certificate of the State of Bihar.
🎯 The SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD category candidates belonging to States other than the State of Bihar will be treated under the Unreserved category.

BPSC LDC 2025: Selection Process
🎯 If more than 40,000 (forty thousand) applications are received, then the examination will be conducted in two phases, in which the first phase will be of preliminary examination and the second phase will be of main examination.
🎯 Both Preliminary and main examinations will be objective and multiple choice.
Stage I: Preliminary Examination (MCQ).
Stage II: Main Exam (MCQ).
Stage III: Typing & Computer Test.
BPSC LDC 2025: How to Fill / Apply Form
Step 01: Visit the official website of the Bihar Public Service Commission. https://bpscpat.bihar.gov.in/
Step 02: Click on the ‘Online Application‘ Tab available on the left side of the page. It will lead to a new website.
Step 03: If you have not registered before, click on “Online Registration”; if you have registered yourself before, then click on “Login”.
Step 04: After filling the form properly, click on the “Submit” button. Login ID and Password will be generated and will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number. Please note down the Login ID and Password for future reference.
Step 05: To upload a photo & sign, candidates must login using their Login ID and Password. Check the size of the photo & sign.
Step 06: Next, make the payment using the available options. Check the application fee.
Step 07: Please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/entered before final submit as after submitting the form in this step, the candidate will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
Step 08: After submitting the application in Step 07, candidates are required to take a printout of the application form. Click on “Application printout/reprint”. Check the last date to print the application.
