CTET Feb 2026 Important Dates
Eligible Candidates can apply online for the Central Eligibility Test (CTET) 2026 through the Central Board of Secondary Education under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The Online application started on 27th November 2025 on the Official Website of CTET. The last date for the application as per the notification for CTET 2025 is December 18, 2025.
● Last Date of submission of Application Fee is 18th December 2025.
● Online application forms submitted only may be downloaded/ printed up to 18th December 2025.
CTET-Feb 2026 Educational Qualification
Level- I for Class I-V
Candidates must have passed the Intermediate 10+2 and hold a degree D.Ed/ JBT/ B.EI.Ed/ B.Ed teaching qualification from any recognized University or institute of India.
Level- I for Class V-VIII
Candidates must have passed a Graduation and hold a degree B.EI.Ed/ B.Ed teaching qualification from any recognized University or institute of India.
CTET-Feb 2026 Examination Fee
The applicant pays the application fee online/ offline using a debit card/ credit card/ Net banking. ‘FEE ONCE PAID SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED’

CTET-Feb 2026 Selection Process
All questions in CTET will be multiple-choice questions. There will be two papers of the CTET
01. Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for Classes I to IV.
02. Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
Stage I: Written Exam.
Stage II: Merit List.
Stage III: Documents Verification.
