The eligible candidates can apply online for the direct recruitment of 170 vacancies for the post of Forest Area Officer in the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC). The online application started on 29th July 2024 on the Official website of the Jharkhand Public Service Commission. The last date for the application as per notification of JPSC – 2024 is 10th August 2024.
🎯 Online application forms submitted only may be downloaded/ printed up to 10th August 2024.
🎯 The link will be available only for depositing the examination fee from 01st August 2024 to 11th August 2024.
🎯 Applicants are advised to apply before the last date as the server may have some technical issues due to a lot of traffic on the last date of application.

Eligibility / Qualification / Experience
Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the subjects namely Agriculture, Agriculture Engineering, Animal husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, forestry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, zoology, environmental ‘science, or Honours in related subject/ Engineering, degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical from any recognized University/ Institute.

How to Fill/ Apply Form
Step 01: Visit the official website of the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) using the link https://www.jpsc.gov.in/
Step 02: Click on the link “Online Application” available at the left of the page. It will lead to a new website.
Step 03: Then select the link ‘ Click here to apply for Recruitment of Assistant Conservator of Forest and Forest Range Officer. Advt. No-03/2024 and 04/2024’. It will take you to a new page.
Step: 04 If you have not registered before click on ‘New Registration’, If you have registered yourself before then click on ‘Login’
Step 05: After filing the form properly click on the “Submit” button. Login ID and Password will be generated and will be sent to the registered Email ID and Mobile number. Please note down the login ID and password for future reference.
Step 06: To upload a photo & sign, candidates must login using their Login ID and Password. Check the size of the image & sign.
Step 07: Next, make the payment using the available options. Check the application fee.
Step 08: please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/entered before final submit as after submitting the form in this step, the candidate will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
Step 09: After successful submission of the form, the user is advised to download & take the printout of the Online Application Form using the print form option for future reference using print Form option.
