The eligible applicant can apply online for the recruitment of 45 vacancies for the post of Officer in National Housing Banks (NHB) Under the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). Eligibility / Qualification / Experience
Chief Economist (Contract/Deputation)
Qualification: Candidates have a master’s degree in economics with a specialization in monetary economics or Econometrics from any recognized Indian/Foreign university.
Experience: The candidate must have an overall experience of at least 15 years in a commercial Bank/ FI/ Reputed rating Agencies/ Government Bodies.
General Manager (Project Finance)
Qualification: Candidates must have a Graduate in any discipline with ICWAE/ ICAI /CFA/MBA or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the Banks/FLS / regulated lending entities of which a minimum 12 years in handling credit /project finance in Banks /FLS/regulated lending entities and the current post held by the candidates should be at Scale – VI or equivalent in JPSBS/Grade D in AIFIs/equivalent in lending entities.
Assistant General Manager (Credit)
Qualification: Candidates must have passed Graduation in any discipline along with ICWAI/ICAI /CFA/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent /FRM from GARP/PRM from PRMIA.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as an officer in the Banks/FLS/regulatory bodies.
Deputy Manager (Credit)
Qualification: Candidates must have passed Graduation in any discipline along with ICWAI/ICAI /CFA/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent /FRM from GARP/PRM from PRMIA.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience as an officer in the Banks/FLS/regulatory bodies.
Senior Project Finance Officer (on contract)
Qualification: Candidates must have passed Graduation in any discipline CA/ICWA/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience as an officer in SCBs/ Financial Institutions of which a minimum 10 years of experience in handling Credit/ Project Finance.
Project Finance Officer (on contract)
Qualification: Candidates must have passed Graduation in any discipline CA/ICWA/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as an officer in SCBs/ Financial Institutions of which a minimum 05 years of experience in handling Credit/ Project Finance.
Protocol Officer- Delhi (on contract)
Qualification: Candidates must have Graduation from any recognized University/Institute.
Experience: The Candidates should be retired officers from RBI/ PSB/FI in India and should have worked in the senior management level.
Minimum 25 years of experience in RBI/PSB/FIs in India out of which at least 05 years of work experience should be in the area of public Relations/Protocol Duty.

How to Fill /Apply Form:
Step 01: Visit the Official website of the National Housing Bank (NHB). https://www.nhb.org.in/
Step 02: Click on the link ” Opportunities@NHB” available at the left of the bottom. It will lead to a new website.
Step 03: Then Select the link “Recruitment under Advt. no NHB 2023/24/03”. It will lead to a new page.
Step 04: Click over “Click here to Apply online” which will open the screen.
Step 05: if you have not registered before click on ‘Click here for New Registration’, if you have registered yourself then fill in the registration number & password and click on ‘Submit’
Step 06: After filling the form properly click on “Submit” button. Login ID and password will be generated and will be sent to the registered e-mail id and mobile number. please note down the Login ID and password for future reference.
Step 07: To upload a photo & sign, candidates must login using their Login ID and password. check the size of the photo and sign.
Step 08: Next, make the payment using the available options. Check the application fee.
Step 09: Please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/entered before final submission as after submitting the form in this step, a candidate will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
Step 10: After Submitting the application in Step 09, candidates are required to take a printout of the application form. Click on “Application printout/reprint”. Check the last date to print the application.
