Eligible male and female candidates can apply online for the recruitment of 5248 vacancies for the Medical Officer in the Health & Family Welfare Department, under the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC). The online application started on 25th March 2025 on the Official website of the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC). The last date for the application as per notification of OPSC – 2025 is 24th April 2025.
The written examination will be held tentatively on 15th May 2025.

Educational Qualification / Experience
🎯 A Candidate must have possessed an MBBS or equivalent degree from a Medical College/ Medical Institution recognised by the Medical Council of India.
🎯 Applicant must have possessed the required Conversion Certificates recognized by the Medical Council of India in case of the Candidate having a Degree from Universities of Foreign Countries.
🎯 A Candidate must be a citizen of India.

02 Step: Click on the link “Advertisements” available at the right side of the page. It will lead to a new website.
03 Step: Then click on the link ‘Apply Online‘ available at the right side of the page.
04 Step: If you have not registered before, click on ‘Register’, If you have registered yourself before, then click on “Login.”
05 Step: After filling the form properly, click on the “Submit” button. Login ID and Password will be generated and will be sent to the registered e-mail ID and mobile number. Please note the login ID and password below for future reference.
06 Step: To upload a photo & sign, candidates must log in using their Login ID and Password. Check the size of the photo & sign.
07 Step: Next, make the payment using the available options. Check the application fee.
08 Step: Please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/entered before final submission as after submitting the form in this step, the candidate will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
09 Step: After Submitting the application in Step 07, candidates are required to take a printout of the application form. Click on “Application printout/reprint”. Check the last date to print the application.
