Qualification/Experience (as on 30.06.2023):
To apply for the post of “Management Trainees & Clerks” candidate should have Graduation/Post Graduation Degree (Minimum 50% Marks for Management Trainees) from any recognized university/ equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
Experience: Candidate having 1-2 years’ experience in banking/financial/institutions/NBFCs will be given preference.
Basic operational knowledge of the computer system and Microsoft Office is required.

Management Trainees: Rs.1500/- (Fifteen Hundred only)
Clerks: Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand only).

Upload scanned copy of resent passport size color Photo between 20KB to 50 KB size in JPEG/JPG. format. With white background.
Upload scanned copy of signature size between 10KB to 20KB with Black Ink pen.
Left Thumb (LT) Impression should be between 20KB to 50KB.
Handwriting Declaration Image should be between 50KB To 100KB. on a white paper with black ink

Salary:
- Management Trainees: Basic Pay of Officers Grade/Scale-I i.e. Rs.36,000.00 plus allowances, after satisfactory completion of one year’s active period of Assignment. (01 year Bond year)
- Clerks : Basic Pay of Officers Grade/Scale-I i.e. Rs.36,000.00 plus allowances, after satisfactory completion of one year’s active period of Assignment. (02 year Bond year).

Must ensure that all The Details filled in The Correct Aspect. and Click on the “Save & Next” Button. The Registration Number, Password and All other important communication/alerts will be send same registered email ID. Also show on the screen. After Successfully Registration Then Upload Photo and Signature and Click on the “Save” Button. Fill the Qualification, Experience, &Personal Details and Click on the “Save and Next” Button. Then preview Tab is Open So preview and Verify the entire Application Form Before Completing The Registration. Then Click on The “Validate your Details” and Click on the “Save and Next” Button. Then Upload Required Document and click on The Payment Tab and proceed for payment and click on the “Submit” Button. Lastly preview the application form and submit it. Download and print out the Application form for future reference.
