Assistant Commissioner (Cooperation/ Credit)
Education: Candidate must have a master’s degree in Agriculture / Agricultural Economics / Economics / Commerce or Statistics from any recognized university/ Institute.
Experience: Must have at least 05 years in the field of cooperation/ credit in a Government or a recognized cooperative/ credit organization.
Max age: UR-40 years.
Test Engineer
Education: Candidate must have an Engineering degree in Agriculture from any recognized university / Institute.
Experience: Must have at least 03 years in testing and evaluation of agricultural machinery from any government/university/ private listed organization.
Max age: UR-35 years.
Marketing Officer (Group-I)
Education: Candidate must have a master’s degree in Agriculture including one or more disciplines i.e. Agricultural economics/ Agricultural Marketing / Agricultural marketing and cooperation/ Agricultural extension Education /Agricultural Statistics/ Agricultural communication/Agri-business /Agricultural Engineering
Experience: Must have at least 02 years in the field of Agricultural Marketing including cooperative marketing from a government, semi-government cooperative, Autonomous Bodies, or public sector.

Scientific Officer (Mechanical)
Education: Candidate must have a master’s degree in Physics/ Engineering degree in mechanical / Degree in metallurgy from any recognized university/ Institute.
Experience: Must have at least 01 years in a mechanic testing laboratory /research and development in an allied field.
Max age: UR-30 years.
Factory Manager
Education: Candidate must have a master’s degree in microbiology/ Pharmaceutical chemistry from any recognized university/ Institute.
Experience: Must have at least 01-year experience in manufacturing and testing of biological products of Human use.

Assistant Mining Engineer
Education: Candidate must have a B.ed/ B-tech in mining engineering from any recognized university/ Institution.
Experience: Must have at least 02 years of core mining activity in a supervisory position in metalliferous mines, which includes the period graduate or management / junior trainee Engineer.

Education: Candidate must have an M.Sc degree in Ore dressing/ Mineral processing/ Geology/Physics/ Chemistry from any recognized university/ institution. Or

The submission of application for the direct recruitment on the vacancy of 91 Assistant Commissioner, Test Engineers & other various posts in Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department and other various Department under the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) – 2024 has started on 11th May 2024 on the official website of Union Public Service Commission. The last date of the submission of application form for the posts of Assistant Commissioner, Test Engineer & other as per notification under U.PS.C. is 11th May 2024.

Step 02: Click on the recruitment tab available at the front of the top. then the Online recruitment application (ORA). It will lead to a new website. 
Step 03: If you have not registered before, click on “New Registration Form”, if you have registered yourself before then click on “Already registration”. 
Step 04: After filling the form properly click on “Submit” button. Login ID and Password will be generated and will be sent to the registered e-mail ID and mobile number. Please note down the Login ID and Password for future reference.
Step 05: To upload a photo & sign, candidates must Login using their Login ID and Password. Check the size of the photo & sign.
Step 06: Next, make the payment using available options. Check the application fee.
Step 07: Please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/entered before final submit as after submitting the form in this step, the candidate will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
Step 08: After submitting the application in Step 07, candidates are required to take printout of the application form. Click on “Application printout/reprint”. Check the last date to print the application.
