Eligibility / Qualification / Experience
Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’
Candidates must have Graduated in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from any recognized University or institute (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Assistant Manager Grade ‘B’
Candidates must have Graduation in any discipline/ Equivalent technical or professional qualification with a minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD) OR.
Post graduation in any discipline /Equivalent technical or professional qualification with a minimum 55% marks in aggregate of all semesters/ years.

How to Fill / Apply Form
01 Step: Visit the Official Website of the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). Using the link https://www.sidbi.in/en/
02 Step: Click on the link ‘Careers‘ available at the bottom of the page. It will lead to a new page.
03 Step: Then, Select the link SIDBI invites Applications for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘A’ and Grade ‘B’ – General and Specialist Stream – 2024 ” It will lead to a new website.
04 Step: If you have not registered before, click on ‘Click here for New Registration.’ If you have registered yourself before, enter your registered Number and password and click on ‘Login.’
05 Step: After filling the form properly click on the “Submit ” button. A login ID and Password will be generated and will be sent to the registered E-Mail ID and mobile number. please note down the Login ID and Password for future reference.
06 Step: Then to upload a photo & sign, candidates must log in by using their Login ID and Password. Check the size of the image & sign.
07 Step: Next, make the payment using available options. Check the application fee.
08 Step: Please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/ entered before final submit as after submitting the form in this step, the candidate will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
09 Step: After successful submission of the form, the user is advised to download & take the printout of the Online Application Form using the print form option for future reference using print form option.
