Eligible male and female candidates can apply online for the recruitment of 37 vacancies for the post of Assistant Professor in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The online application started on 08th March 2025 on the Official website of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The last date for the application as per notification of UPSC – 2025 is 27th March 2025.

01. Dangerous Goods Inspector.
UR – 03 Vacancies.
Education: Having undergone a category-6 – 6 dangerous goods training course duly approved by the directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) or international Civil Aviation Organization (ICAD) or International Air Transport Association (IATA)
Experience: Minimum 05 years experience in handling of air Cargo in Scheduled operations.
Max. age: UR – 40 years.
02. Assistant Professor (Chemistry).
(UR – 01 | EWS -01 | OBC – 01)
Education: Master’s degree in Chemistry subject with 55% marks from a recognized University/ institute.
Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET- chemistry), conducted by the UGC or the CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/ SET.
Ph.D degree of the candidates has been awarded in regular mode.

How to Fill/ Apply Form
Step 01: Visit the official website of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) using the link https://upsc.gov.in/
Step 02: Click on the ‘Recruitment‘ tab and select the ‘Online Recruitment Application (ORA)’ option available at the top of the page. It will lead to a new website.
Step 03: If you have not registered before click on ‘New Registration’, if you have registered yourself before then click on “Already Registered”
Step 04: After filling the form properly click on “Submit” button. Login ID and Password will be generated and will be send to the registered e-mail ID and mobile number. Please note down the Login ID and Password for future reference.
Step 05: To upload a photo & sign, candidates must login using their Login ID and Password. Check the size of the photo & sign.
Step 06: Next, make the payment using the available options. Check the application fee.
Step 07: Please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/entered before final submit as after submitting the form in this step, the candidate will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
Step 08: After submitting the application in Step 08, candidates are required to take a printout of the application form. Click on “Application printout/reprint”. Check the last date to print the application.
