Important Dates:
Eligible applicants can apply online for the recruitment of 406 vacancies in the National Defence Academy and Navy Academy-I 2025 under the Union Public Service Commission 2024. The online application started on 11 December 2024 on the official website of the Union Public Service Commission. As per the notification of UPSC—2024, the last date for the application is 31 December 2024(until 6:00 PM).
The last date of modification of Registration would be 07th January 2025.
The Union Public Service Commission will hold a written Examination on the 13th April 2025.
The date of holding the examination as mentioned above is liable to be changed at the discretion of the Commission.
Applicants are advised to apply before the last date as the server may have some technical issues due to a lot of traffic on the last date of the application.

🎯 The number of vacancies of Direct Recruitment of the Union Public Service Commission 2024 are PROVISIONAL and may increase or decrease.

🎯 Out of the total posts, 27 vacancies are reserved for females.

National Defence Academy:
🎯 To apply for the post candidates must have passed (10+2) Intermediate from any recognized university/institute.
🎯 Candidates appearing in the 12th class exam are also eligible for this examination.
🎯 Candidates appearing in the 11th class exam are not eligible for this examination.
🎯Candidate must be an unmarried male /Female.
Indian Naval Academy:
🎯 To apply for the post candidates must have passed Intermediate with physics, chemistry, and Maths from any recognized university/institute.
🎯 Candidates appearing in the 12th class exam are also eligible for this examination.
🎯 Candidates appearing in the 11th class exam are not eligible for this examination.
🎯Candidate must be an unmarried male /Female.
Age Limit
🎯 Candidates born not earlier than 02nd July 2006 and not later than 01st July 2009 are eligible.
🎯 Age relaxation under the guidelines of Union Public Service Commission Recruitment 2025.

Note: The Photo should be taken within 10 days of filling the form. The Name of the candidate and the Date on which the photograph which was taken is clearly mentioned on the photo.
How to Fill/ Apply Form:
Step 01: Visit the official website of Union Public Service Commission. https://upsc.gov.in/
Step 02: Click on the link “One Time Registration (OTR) Examination” available at the front of the page. It will lead to a new website.
Step 03: If you have not registered before, click on “New Registration ”, if you have registered yourself before then click on “Login”.
Step 04: After filling the form properly click on “Submit” button. Login ID and Password will be generated and will be sent to the registered e-mail ID and mobile number. Please note down the Login ED and Password for future reference.
Step 05: To upload a photo & sign, candidates must login using their Login ID and Password. Check the size of the Photo & sign.
Step 06: Next, make the payment using available options. Check the application fee.
Step 07: Please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/entered before final submission as after submitting the form in this step, a candidate will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
Step 08: After submitting the application in Step 07, candidates are required to take a printout of the application form. Click on “Application printout/reprint”. Check the last date to print the application.

🎯 Grammar and usage, vocabulary, comprehension, and cohesion in extended text to test the candidate’s proficiency in English.

🎯 The question paper on General knowledge will broadly cover the subjects: Physics, Chemistry, General Science, Social studies, Geography, and Current Events.
