To Apply for the post Candidates should have Diploma in X-ray from the Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty or a qualification recognized by the said Faculty as equivalent thereto.

How to fill/ apply form:
Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission Released a X-ray Technician Post(Mains). Preliminary Qualifying Candidates can apply on The Official web page of UPSSSC from 15th June,2023 to 05th July,2023. Candidate Read all the information Before Applying. Those Candidate Who have Preliminary Qualified. Can Apply with Registration Number of PET Examination. Through The Personal Details Candidates can login for the Application by the filling of details Related to the Registration Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Resident of Uttar Pradesh (Domicile) and Category of Preliminary Qualifying Examination 2022. Also login Through The O.T.P will be send on the Registered Mobile Number/email id of the Candidate preliminary Qualifying Examination 2022.
After Successfully Login Candidate has entered personal Details such a Name, Father name,Mother name, Uttar Pradesh Resident Details,EWS,Horizontal Reservation,as recorded in the preliminary Eligibility Test 2022. Details like date of birth, Gender, marital Status ,contact mobile Number email etc. will b automatically Displayed. After filling the above information ,the candidate will have to enter the verification code show in “Enter Verification Code” at the Bottom at the Registration Page and click on the Submit Button . There will be 11 digit registration number and Candidate must have print a copy of it m which will be used full in future. Then Photo and signature page is open. The photo and sign is automatically uploaded .you Just view and click on the Continue button you will go on the next page. To fill the more details and click on The Declaration and submit it. Lastly preview the application form and submitted it . Download and print out the Application form for future reference.
