DRDO STA Recruitment 2025 Important Date
Eligible Candidates can apply online for 763 Vacancies for Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) & Technician-A posts under the Defence Research & Development Organisation Technical Cadre (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The Online Application started on 11th December 2025 on the Official Website of the DRDO. The last date for the applicant, as per the notification of DRDO-2025, is 01th January 2026.
➣ The last date for depositing the exam fee is 03rd January 2026
➣ Correction Portal active on January 01-03, 2026.
➣ Online application forms submitted only may be downloaded/ printed up to 03rd January 2026.
➣ Applicants are advised to apply before the last date as the server may have some technical issues due to a lot of traffic on the last date of application.

DRDO STA 2025: Educational Qualification
Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B)
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) or 03-years Diploma in Engineering/ Technology from any recognised Institution/university in India.
Technician-A:
Candidates must have passed the 10th Class (Matriculation) from a recognised board in India. and an ITI Certificate in a specific trade.

DRDO STA Recruitment 2025 Application Fee / How to pay
The applicant pays the application fee online only using a debit card/ credit card/ Net banking. ‘FEE ONCE PAID SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED.’

How to Apply for DRDO STA Recruitment 2025
01. Visit the official website of www.drdo.gov.in
02. Click on the option of “offerings” appearing on the Top Ribbon of the Website Homepage.
03. Click on the option of ” Vacancies” appearing under the tab of ” Offerings” at website Homepage.
04. Click on the option of “View More” under CEPTAM- 11 Advetisements for the post of STA-B and Technician-A. Clicking “Click here to Apply,” the applicant will be redirected to the Online Application Portal.
05. The homepage of the Online Application Portal will appear. Fill in the Details in the respective fields to proceed with registration.
06. After completing the registration process, the applicant will receive a User ID (same as the Registration Number) and a password on the registered and verified mobile number and email address.
07. If the applicant logs out and wishes to log in again, they can do so using the user ID/ Registration Number and the password sent to their registered mobile number and email.
08. Once the details are entered, the candidates may log in and proceed with the application by selecting ” My Application” and fill the required information.
09. After filling all the required information in the Personal Details Tab, the applicant must click on ‘Save and Next’ to proceed to the next section of the Basic details.
10. Next, choose the Payment tab and pay the application fee.
11. Check the declaration Section and take a preview of the application before the final submission, and click on the submit Button.
