IBPS Group “A” & “B” Recruitment 2026: Important Dates
Eligible applicants can apply online for the recruitment of 13,706 vacancies for the post of Group “A” Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B” Officer Assistants (Multipurpose) – XV in any of the Participating Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) under the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). The online application period started on 01st September 2026 on the official IBPS website. The last date for the application as per the Notification of IBPS-2026, is 21st September 2026.
• The last date for editing the application form is 21st September 2026.
• Online application forms submitted only may be downloaded/ printed up to 21st September 2026.
• Preliminary online examinations will be held in November/ December 2026.
• Main online examinations will be held in December 2026/ January 2027.

IBPS Group “A” & “B” Recruitment 2026: Educational Qualification
Office Assistant & Officer Scale -I:
• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a University recognized by the Government of India.
• Proficiency in the local Language of the participating RRB State is mandatory.
• Candidates must know about operating a computer.
Officer Scale – II & III:
• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Specialist positions prefer Agriculture, finance, IT, Law, etc.)

01st Step: Visit the official website of the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). Use the Link https://www.ibps.in/
02nd Step: Click on the link “CRP – RRBs-XV” available on the left of the middle. It will lead to a new website.
03rd Step: Click the link “Apply online for common Recruitment process of Officer Assistants (Multipurpose) under CRP-RRBs XV in the middle of the page. It will lead to a new website.
04th Step: if you have not registered before click on ‘Click here for New Registration’, if you have registered yourself then fill registration number & password then click on ‘Submit’
05th Step: After filling the form properly click on “Submit” button. Login ID and password will be generated and will be sent to the registered e-mail id and mobile number. please note down the Login ID and password for future reference.
06th Step: To upload a photo & sign, candidates must login using their Login ID and password. check the size of the photo and sign.
07th Step: Next, make the payment using the available options. Check the application fee.
08th Step: Please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/entered before final submission as after submitting the form in this step, a candidate will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
09thStep: After Submitting the application in Step 09, candidates are required to take a printout of the application form. Click on “Application printout/reprint”. Check the last date to print the application.
