Eligible males and females can apply online for the recruitment of 345 Vacancies for the post of Medical Officer in the Central Armed Police Force (BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB) and Assam Rifles under the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) The Online applications started on 16th October 2024 on the Official website of ITBP. The last date for the application as per the notification of ITBP -2024 is 14th November 2024.

Eligibility / Qualification / Experience
🎯 Super Specialist Medical Officers (Second-in-Command)
Candidates must have a graduate degree in medicine (MBBS) or equivalent from any recognized Institute/ University.
Candidates should also possess a postgraduate degree or Diploma in the related Specialty and
Should possess a Doctorate of Medicine or Magister Chirurguie (M. Ch.) or equivalent with three years of experience in the concerned Super-specialty after obtaining the first Postgraduate degree. and
The candidates must have permanent registration from MCI/NMC/State Medical Council before the appointment.
🎯 Specialist medical officers (Deputy Commandant)
A recognized medical qualification of the allopathic system of medicines included in the first/ second Schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council.
The applicant must have permanent registration from MCI/ NMC/ state Medical Council before the appointment and
completion of compulsory rotation internship and
The applicant should also possess postgraduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned specialty specialty or equivalent and one and half years experience in the Concerned specialty after obtaining PG Degree or two and half years experience after obtaining a PG diploma.
🎯 Medical Officer (Assistant Commandant)
A recognized medical qualification of the allopathic system of medicine and The applicant must have permanent registration from any MCI/ NMC/ state medical council before appointment in any of the CAPFs & AR, and
Completion of compulsory rotating internship. Candidates who may be undergoing the rotation internship shall be eligible to apply and appear for the Interview provided that if selected, they shall have satisfactorily completed the compulsory internship before appointment.

How to Fill / Apply Form:
Step 01: Visit the Official website of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP). Using the link https://www.itbpolice.nic.in/
Step 02: Click on the link “Recruitment” available at the right of the middle. It will lead to the new website.
Step 03: If you have not registered before click on ‘Click here for New User Registration’. If you have registered yourself then click on ‘Login’
Step 04: After filling the form properly click on “Submit” button. Login ID and Password will be generated and will be sent to the registered e-mail ID and mobile number. please note down the Login ID and password for future reference.
Step 05: To upload a photo & sign, candidates must log in using their Login ID and Password. Check the size of the Photo and sign.
Step 06: Next, make the payment using the available options. Check the application fee.
Step 07: Please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/entered before final submission as after submitting the form in this step, a candidate will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
Step 08: After submitting the application in Step 07, Candidates are required to take a printout of the application form. Click on “Application Printout/ reprint”. Check the last date to print the application.
