PHC Stenographer 2025 Educational Qualification
01. Candidates must have passed Intermediate (12th) from a recognised Board/ University and
02. Certificate of English Shorthand and English Typing from a recognised institution, and
03. Diploma/ Certificate of at Least Six months’ course in Computer Application from a recognised institution and
04. Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English shorthand, and
05. Minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English Typing.

PHC Stenographer Recruitment 2025 Mode of Selection:
The Stenographer Recruitment Examination 2025 shall be conducted in 02 (two) stages. Written Test and Interview.
01. Written Test.
A. English Shorthand Computer Typing Test.
B. MCQ.
C. English Typing Test.
02. Interview.
The interview shall be of 10 marks and the minimum qualifying marks shall be 03. It is mandatory for the candidates invited for an interview to appear at he same else they will not be included in the merit list prepared for the final result.
PHC Stenographer 2025: Scheme of Examination
Minimum Qualifying Standard:
The minimum qualifying Standard shall be
01. 40% marks in the Written test.
02. 85% marks in English Shorthand Typing.
03. 90% marks in English Typing.
04. 30% marks in the Interview.

How to Apply Online for PHC Stenographer 2025:
01st Step: Visit the official website of Patna High Court. Using the link https://patnahighcourt.gov.in/
02nd Step: Then click on the “Recruitment” tab in the column on the left-hand menu of the page.
03rd Step: Click on the link “Link to apply for Stenographer Recruitment Examination, 2025.” It will lead to a new page.
04th Step: If you have not registered before, click on ‘Register‘; if you have registered yourself, then click on ‘Login’
05th Step: After filling the form properly, click on the “Submit” button. Login ID and password will be generated and will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number. Please note down the Login ID and password for future reference.
06th Step: thereafter, the candidate will have to Login by using the registration Number and Password shared via SMS/ Email.
07th Step: After login, the form for the detailed application will open, where the data provided at the time of registration shall be visible in a prefilled format, and it cannot be altered.
08th Step: To upload a photo & sign, candidates must login using their Login ID and password. Check the size of the photo and the sign.
09th Step: Next, make the payment using the available options. Check the application fee.
10th Step: Please preview the application form and check all the information you have filled/entered before final submission as after submitting the form in this step, a candidate will not be able to edit/modify the application form.
11th Step: The candidates must take a printout of the finally submitted online application form and retain the same along with the relevant uploaded documents for production after qualifying the examination.
