Important Dates RRB NTPC Graduate 2025
Eligible male and female candidates can apply online for the recruitment of 5810 vacancies for Various posts of Non-Technical popular Categories in the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB). The online application started on 21st October 2025 on the Official website of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). The last date for the application as per the notification of RRB – 2025 is 20th November 2025 (till 23.59 hours).
➣ The last date for the Application fee payment for the submitted applications is 22nd November 2025.
➣ Modification and Editing form will be done between 23rd November 2025 to 02nd December 2025.
➣ Applicants are advised to apply before the last date as the server may have some technical issues due to a lot of traffic on the last date of application.
➣ The vacancies are tentative and may increase/ decrease with any notice. Any change in the number of vacancies will be intimated through the RRB recruitment.

RRB NTPC Graduate 2025: Application Fee / How to pay
The applicant pays the application fee online only using a debit card/ credit card/ Net banking ‘FEE ONCE PAID SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED’

● Out of ₹ 500/-, an amount of ₹ 400/- shall be refunded, duly deducting bank charges after appearing for the Preliminary Examination.
● This fee of ₹ 250/- shall be refined in due course, duly deducting bank charges as applicable on appearing in CBT.
● Bank charges will be deducted from the Application fee before issuing a refund.
Notes: Only candidates who attend CBT will get a refund of their examination fee as mentioned above.

How to Apply for RRB NTPC Graduate Recruitment 2025
01st Step: Visit the Official Website of RRB Using the Link https://www.rrbapply.gov.in/#/auth/landing
02nd Step: Register: Click on “Register Now” under the “login” section to Complete One-Time Registration (OTR).
03rd Step: Fill Registration Details: Enter your name, DOB, mobile number, email ID and other personal details.
04th Step: Upload Documents: Upload a scanned passport-size photo and signature.
05th Step: Login: After registration, log in with your Credentials.
06th Step: Click on “Apply”, go to the “Apply” tab, and select “New Examination 2025”.
07th Step: Pay the Application fee.
08th Step: Review and Submit: verify all details, then submit the form.
09th Step: Download form: Save/print the final application form for future use.
